About Timeshare Adventure

Timeshare Management & Vacation Rentals is an Albuquerque based company that specializes in-as the name states-timeshare management and vacation rentals. The owners of this company are dedicated to making the vacation experiences of timeshare owners and non-owners the best they can be from beginning to end. With over 35 years of experience in the timeshare industry, owners Steven and LuAnn Blea have assembled a team whose goal is to make timeshare ownership and owner resort reservations as well as non-owner resort reservations as simple as possible.

Since 1989 when Steven and LuAnn purchased their first timeshare deed at Pagosa Spring, Colorado, they traveled extensively using their ownership across the 48 states, Hawaii, and Canada. Consequently, the couple gathered extensive and first-hand knowledge about many of the timeshare resorts. Due to their extensive timeshare travels as well as their long and continuing  service on property owner boards, Steven and LuAnn learned how to make the system work, and they saw a need for the services that their company now provides.

In response to this need, Steven retired early from a Fortune 500 international company, and he and LuAnn founded Timeshare Management & Vacation Rentals in May 2005. The company has grown significantly since, but the goals of the company have not changed. If anything we are more committed to providing our customers a friendly, professional service and all the help we can provide in making your vacations better than you ever thought possible.
